We have only a few left, and once they are gone, they are gone. We will however support and service all of these drivers indefinitely as TC Sounds is not going away. The remaining drivers being sold at a discount will carry a 1 year warranty. TC Sounds will be launching a brand new line of drivers shortly but they will not be sold online." so they didn't lower the prices, they are just selling off the remainded of the stock they have. the owner/new boss, or whatever his title is, posted this about a week ago. |

I remember when I first was looking to buy my SSX I found a dealer who was gonna charge me like $975 for the sub I was like WTF I was told they go for $600-$650 but I guess the dealer can charge you what ever they want. I found a dealer in California that told me the sub was $650 so i was like SNAP, I'll take it. I didn't get an answer from them via e-mail so I figured something was up. I called Treo to ask them for a legit dealer that wasn't gonna rip me off. The refused to tell me what the dealer should be charging but when I mentioned that one was gonna sell me one for $650 they got upset and demanded I tell them who it was, I hung up!!. This is where B stepped in and got me one for like $800 shipped, not a whole lot cheaper but enough for me to be thankfull, lol. Expect to pay a great deal more having to go through the dealer. In a couple years it will leak out and you will be able to buy them on e-bay. This is just a sad way to try to keep sales under controll and to keep the local dealer alive. honestly I myself am a DIY-type of guy and do not need a dealer, I wished everything we needed could be bought on-line, don't need a store front it is just a waste of money (overhead). I think anyone into car audio should learn how to do it themselves and stop relying on local istall joints... JMHO..Polo. |

Post Number: 5016 Registered: Feb-06 | from what was put out though they delayed the deadline for the customers, and they are doing this to help out the customers and clear their inventory. and if no one has read it their new car audio will now be named audiopulse instead of tc, or something along those lines. and i also read this price increase may also affect soundsplinter as well. |
