Same thing with Fi, you have to pay shipping to get the known tinsel slap problem fixed.

I have never had any real trouble out of DD's customer service. (If you talk to the right people, you wont either)

But they did have one girl answering the phone from time to time that had no clue what was going on. Took me ~10min on the phone w/ her to order a recone...lol.

All companies can mess up from time to time...right now DD is going thru a HUGE growth stage. They are running out of parts for sube left and right, hell...my 3515's and 2515's got delayed a week because they totally ran out of 15" cones.

If you ask the right questions (not just pick up the phone and ramble) you will get GREAT customer service. Not only out of DD and Fi, but most any reputable company.

Oh...and BTW, DD is not a bandwagon...its a fvkn TRAIN!

Indeed, I see no problem with their prices at all.
