So whcih one should I choose? The 10W7 is incredible and its only one 10inch sub. One the other hand, i hear eclipse makes good quality speakers? any advice would be great...
I was planning on running a Diamond D1200.1 amp. If that helps at all.

the D1200.1 would push a pair of Eclipses very nicely. Both are really good subs, but JL's are 3 ohm (except the 13W7, which is dual 1.5ohm), and harder to figure out which amp to get saying most are 4 and 2 ohm optimized. Either would make you happy. I like the Eclipses, I prefer their sound quality, although SPL isn't quite as good.
