I have two amps hooked up and one used a 4awg and the other a 8awg. So should I wire the alternator with a 4,2, or 1/0 awg wire? I know i should at least use 4awg but is the 2 or 1/0 necessary? |

Also If I upgraded to a higher alternator will i still need a Yellow top battery or somthing similar to those or can I use one or those autozone's duralast battery gold? Anyone know how to wire the alternators or a place to show how ? |
