Something that will be reliable and pump out at least around 1500rms. Budget is $300 max.
Oh, and the sundown I was looking at would be a refurb. Anyone know if sundown is underrated? Or how many rms do they put out at 1 ohm.. Over 1500? Or right on?
sundown 1500s should be pretty good. They put out more than rated. Two strapped at 16v put out over 4kwrms. Customer service with sundown is great, so if you ever have problems you could easily get help from the guy upstairs.
I found a US AMPS XT4000 for $275 shipped BNIB, and I found a US AMP Merline for $305 shipped used, I decided on an eD NINe.1 for $328 shipped BNIB and I got a 15HD3 instead.
