New Alternator?

Silver Member Username: Cplaya280Quakertown, PA USA Post Number: 436 Registered: Oct-05 | I'm getting a 2002 Mitisbishi Galant and was wondering if i HAVE to upgrade my alternator cuz i know right now it has 3.0 L V6 and the stock alternator is 85A. If i do need a new alternator what are some good sites to find some i tried to look on Iraggi for a galant alternator but i cant find any at all. I have 2 Kicker 12" l7s with the kicker zx1500.1 amp which says it does like 1769 watts. |

Are they quick to get back up to standard brightness? Do your big 3 upgrade first, and see how your voltage does then. If its still dropping a lot, then upgrade your alternator. Contact Iraggi and ask him if he can make one for your vehicle, or contact Nate at Excessive Amperage. |

Failing that, I would recommend contacting www.ohiogen.com . They make the best quality alternators out there, but they have price tags to match. |
