i have one hifonics bxi1606d amp and i wanted to know if i got 2 FI's should i go with the ssd or the Q. just wanting some info cause i blew up my last system so i need new everything and want to go with something that wont screw up againg. any advise would be great..

Definitly the SSD. That's not enough power for the Qs.

blew up your last system? you mean you didn't set the gain right and ruined everything. with that amp i'd do a single q, maybe a pair of ssd's.

and set the gain right so they don't blow up.

na i had blown up my last hifonics amp cause i didnt have enough power going into it.. and now my deck and speakers have fried cause its all messed up.. but my subs i had to sell for cash cause of a car accident but yah it sucks.. yah i know the amp is overrated and doesnt put out what it says but i was really happy with how it performed tho

is your remote bass hooked up....if it is, unhook it, youre only messing with the gains, i went through a kappa 12" and a premier tsw3002spl on a 1206d.....

iwould say 1 Q or 2 SSD(pushing it for the amp) with that amp.
