I got my CD5000, installed it and my subwoofer plays fine but there is absolutely no sound coming from any of my speakers. I have tried about 4283948329 times to fix this but no luck. Unfortuately I'm thinking that the internal amp is shot. And everything worked fine before. bought it new off cardomain. I tested the speakers on a home unit and they worked fine.
no im told theres no internal amp turn off feature. i looked through the handbook and saw nothing speaking of the internal amp. I have one external mono amp to my sub. My speakers are powered by the headunit.
ok now my headunit wont even turn on. I rewired it but the fuse in the front of the car keeps blowing and when i touch the two yellow wires (with the fuse) my speakers go in.
