Post Number: 1787 Registered: Jul-06 | Well as far as performance goes it has it's ups and downs.I prefer the bass out of this Solo X for rock songs over the DD 3512 when my volume is up too high but when it's loud, fast bass it tends to get a little muddy.However at high levels of SPL I can't really appreciate the SQ of any sub because I hear lots of rattling of the roof and panels throughout the vehicle but in a car I'd definately benefit from the SQ of a different sub.The lows on this thing are definately sweet I also got this sub to be LOUD and I knew my vehicle couldn't take benefit of an SQL setup so this was the way to go for me. |
