i agree that theres better sound systems but i dont think they are bad the type S sound clean and the L7s get loud yeah there are way better but they arent necesarily bad
well ok then that is true raymond... but i have hear the L7 and i do prefer anything even audiobah over the L7... that is just me... and about the type S... it is the only one of the alpine series i haven heard...
"Why" do you mean SQ wise? because if thats what your talking about i would agree but keep in mind L7s are SPL subs and if you tell me you would take an audiobahn over an L7 in an SPL install than theres something wrong there
no im not upset at all man i love having discusions like this but we both agree on this im a straight up SPL guy and your a SQ guy and yeah if i wanted SQ the L7 would be the Last sub i would ever get but for SPL at its price it cant be beat maybe they blow easy but if you got warranty why does it matter
well. that is true... i read in another thread you were looking for an optionif your sub happen to blow... well you can go either Fi Bl or Fi BTL. in my opinion they are better SPL... and they do have better SQ than the L7... it all depends on your budget... if you buy a BL it starts at 259 shipped (12") plus all options and the BTL starts 359 (12") plus all options
yeah but enough power for those subs would requre bigger amp meaning bigger wires meaning HO alt and bigger battery and all in all a Sh!tload of money thats why i said for its price the L7 is hard to beat in SPL
