having a 1200.1 mono amp How would I set up 2 15 kicker comp vr's dual 4 ohm to get most power to each as possible

if that amp is stable down to one ohm, then you can hook those dual 4 subs down to 1 ohm. if not, then you'd just have to stick to wiring both of them to a 4 ohm load.
