could i do that (different amps on the 8 or 10 than the 13s) if i tuned the 8 or 10 to hit from like 60 hertz and the 13s to play everything below that? cuz i listen to rock and rap and really want the best of both worlds. im thinkin an 8 would hit harder and more solid for double bass drums in metal. or if anything i could have a remote volume for each amp and use whatever subs i want for whatever im listening to. what yall think?
I've always wondered how this would be. I'm sure it would be BEST to use the same exact subs though.. I want to know how it would be to get two of the same subs and put them in two different boxes tuned differently.
i herd that would sound like sh.it. thats why i thought of the idea of having 2 amps one for the 8 or 10 and another for the 2 13s. rock ill turn on the 10 or whatever and rap ill turn on the 13s. would work right? just noone puts the money into doing that? and its all gonnna be sealed. sealed sounds so much better to me.
