Its tuned to 40hz, the overall tuning is about 35-36hz with the rides ecoustics. Its does provide them earthshaking lows  has more then my clothe shakin, my whole ride does, from my lights on the ceiling, to my entire dash board, HU, steering column, shifter, turn signal, doors, attena, windows, it had a pop can in my cup holder shaking so bad when i first installed it, when i went back to the front of the car after tuning one of my amps.... i had pop all over my windsheild and seats..it was moving that can crazy style (and its gripped by rubber) but this is my first box, ill be making new boxes and such once i have everything (power upgrades and a TL to find differences) but either way.. these subs wont disappoint you. |

I had a clamp meter earlier but i didnt get the DMM today and had to bring the clamp meter back to work  ill borrow it again some other time when i get my power upgrades. I was avg. about 250amps or so and peaked at 322A while my voltage was about 12.6-13V when it spiked it went to 12.3V (i didnt have both meters at once the clamp meter also has a volt meter..cant do them togethor tho) so i played a song and compared V\A during the same bass lines. So all in all for the most part im doing about 3-4K depending on the chargin system and effientcy.. i didnt do it on the speaker outputs tho.. just my dist. block to my amps to find my total current pull... cops showed up b4 i could do more damn suburb cops. But thinking about that all, i originnaly thought i would get about 4.4K daily from my amps.. but charging is lacking... so i should be lots more impressed when i upgrade that =) |

Post Number: 1889 Registered: Mar-06 | its way above the window line by about 6-7 inchs and i only got like 4 inchs of clearance.. and with wires running down the back of the box i have even less... like 2-3 inchs of clearance to the gate.. it fits perfectly between the wheel well.. but somthing just fU<ked with my system... when i plug 2 amps in even with low volume i hear a decrease in sound and SQ and it doesnt get the lows as good... i got a line driver and no help.... when i disconnect one amp..... it gets lots loouder and cleaner again./... |
