considering the quality of the iraggi alts, i'd say that is decent price. not saying its good, just decent.

i dropped $510 on my 260a alt.

If there is a shop near you that rebuilds alternators you can have them rebuild yours, they can make your alt a H.O. alt... you can save a few $$$...check the price of a reg alt @ pep boys ect, ect, Then have that 1 rebuilt, the price may be better.

it will work yanks. but when you start to turn your system up, your alt will work harder to keep up. you will definately shorten the life of your alt. i'd invest in something that will give you good voltage when your car is at idle. remember, your stock alt it design for a stock car. they didn't put that in there so you can have a big system.

i don't see why it isn't gonna work.

why don't you turn your system up real loud and stick a dmm on the battery under the hood to see the voltage. you don't want to take any chances with your equipment. that way you can get an idea on how loud you are able to turn your system up.

You can get a power master 140A alt for about $240 for that stratus.

My 200A Iraggi alt cost $400 not including shipping or warranty.

I spent $485 for my Iraggi 300A amputator series 300+ A max @2000rpm and 220A+ at idle. It is a large case and looks like a pumkin compared to the stock, nice quality indeed. Polo..
