The rl-s needs a big box and it also comes in single 4 ohm voice coils. Its mainly for home theater.

the rl-s is a home theater sub just like a dayton titanic or ava but works great in cars to. and he hasnt said yet what size he has to work with... and are you sure about the SVC4 ohm as the only option?

He did say that they would have to be sealed because he wouldnt have the room for a ported box so I would assume that he doesnt have a lot of room to work with. I am pretty sure about the single 4 ohm voice coil though because thats all that was up on the soundsplinter site.

in that list ^^ 2 15" hd3s would ruin all of the choices, more like 1hd3 not 2 2 was just overpowering everything

you guys are listing a bunch of subs that are inclined to ported boxes lol. and he probably doesnt have room for 2 15s if he cant do ported. subs like the ava, mag, rl-p, and such are much better for his application
