I got my AQ 2.5 15 inch wanger today!!!!Looks good to me.Will be bulding box tonite,be finished tomorrow,have to go to wally world and get some polyfill,got everything else.Im just gonna polyurethane the inside of the box since Ive already got a full can of it.Maybe on next box,(if needed)I'll try the resin.will post pics of progress tomorrow A.M. OR AROUND NOON WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES.
ya the DD and AQ are the same company,so the 2500 seris DDs and the aq 2.5 are almost identical,they are sister companies,so the AQ is like a generic DD (same sub) mUCH CHEAPER) i think.this 15 was 149 plus 20 shipping so 169 total.How much is a 2515 from DD?
I did alot of research and 169 shipped for this sub was the best bang for the buck.Great customer service from D.J. at audioque,he answered all my questions,and he is the owne of the company.
well its 1 am, guess I ll stop for the nite and let the glue set up.I only got to brace the box and put the back panel on.It s a work of art though,kinda hate to cover it up by putting the final panel on.lol.more ppics tomorrow.
will post pics soon i promise.just need to resize them,box is done!!!!!going put of town tomorrow for the day so the glue will be good and dry by sunday when I hook it up.I ll resize the pics now and try to get them on in a little while.
