So, has anyone dealt with USPS on insurance claims? How bad is it? Apparently they decided to brutally beat my package with a large pole, as the subs I sent out to California were damaged (they were packed well). Thanks

Yup. Sent a sub to get wacked to Cannan and I thought I packed it well. It got there with a bent frame. How does a sub with a steel frame get bent? A pretty durable item a sub IMO. They don't seem to care at all.

No LOL. It was sent to Cannan to get fried anyways so I couldn't care less about its' condition. It just made me mad that if I was to send someting valuable, it would be treated with the same care.

Yeah I know what you mean. I sent two Rockford P3 12s. Luckily I insured it for $250, which is what the guy paid for it. I just am wondering how many damn hoops USPS is going to make me jump through to try to solve the problem for this guy. Of coarse he just wants an instant refund from me, but I really don't wanna pay out of pocket.
