Saturday, December 30, 2006 - 15:12 GMT Ok, after 2 months of contradicting answers, I've come the conclusion that my stock alt. will not run my memphis MC1000 which does 1100 x 1ohm. I'm looking to see if anyone has an amp that I can use to power my S.I. Mag at 1 or 4 ohm. I'm looking for something that will do 500-750 watts rms. Do you think that I should save up for a new alt. or give the mag the 500 - 750 rms? If I were to save for the alt. I wouldnt be able to hook up my system for another 4 months at least.

Saturday, December 30, 2006 - 16:15 GMT I know your trying to get away from that power my my Recoil gave me no problems on my stock alt.. which happened to only be 90A.. it was very efficient and puts out the same power your Memphis does.. The lights only dimmed slightly and other than that you'd never know. $275 shipped
