Subs and Boxes Help.

New member Username: OrdinaryjoeCanada Post Number: 4 Registered: Nov-06 | I am looking to house a 10 inch sub under the seat in my Dodge Ram Quad cab so it has to be slim (12 inches H narrowing to 6 inches H at the rear. I am considering these; MB Quart DWE-254 10 inch Infinity Reference 1042W Alpine SWS-1042D Where can I find this type of box? How do you tell the quality of the box? Is there a price range for quality boxes? Are they easy to make and how would you find designs? I know there are custom made ones for Dodge but they are pricey. Do you like my choice of subs? Gold Member Username: Dustin3Tigard, OR U.S. Post Number: 4290 Registered: Oct-05 | out of those, i would get the alpine. you can find this type of box, by making it urself  this is the best way, and its not hard at all.. whats ur price range? you can check out http://www.woodlawncabinetry.com/ also, the guy phil who makes those boxes, goes on this forum, and he does some great work. i dont know how much he would charge you, i would shoot an email at him. there are tons of other choices of subs i would go for. but i dont know ur price range. |
