So I would go with a 260amp alt which has a nice amperage at idle, around 155. But its up to you. Talk to Dom at iraggi he'll explain. |

Gold Member Username: BernymacAQ HD3!!, CA United States Post Number: 1036 Registered: Sep-04 | its going to depend on application. I got a 260amp alt from iraggi with a 160 idle. So it depends on what car because another car may have like 180 at idle and not 160 like me. Also depends who makes the alternator. But if you can get a 300amp alt with high amperage at idle Cody, go for it. |
