Chad, how much does that memphis cost? What you can do though, is hook up one amp per coil with those amps though. They put out like 2650rms at 2ohms. Put one on each coil of your subwoofer thats a lil over 5k.

Me and Doc have the P3000.1's. But neither of have had the chance to try them out yet since Doc doesn't having the charging system, and I don't have power wires and other stuff. BUt look on ROE Amp Guts, see if you like the board and what not.

although it's 2000 at 2 ohms which is good for me. is it good enough to get it over the kx2500 which i can get with a 3 year warranty for just under 700?

In a way, the amp is 1 ohm stable. You can do a 1260rms x 2 at 1ohm each channel. Or you can do Bridge at 2ohms for 2650rms.

The Sundown is rated 1500@ 1 ohm. Have seen 1800-2000 @ 1 ohm. Will run .5 ohm stable as well, and not hurt warranty.

"i really want to put 6000wrms on each of my btls. so 12,000 wrms. but we all know that ain't gonna happen. i wish i had the charging system to do it though." Chad you won't be able to get a charging system to support that unless you tear your whole car apart. It would quite a bit of alternator support to put out that kind of power from a charging system, now keep in mind you need some major horsepower to turn all the alternators for that. You just need the capacity(More Batts) for that kind of power, but I don't consider batts charging system.

Sundown amp would be my #1 choice with 2 MAG's, as long as you have the charging system to support her, and at this price HARD to beat for the quality and warranty !

Massive Audio is a pretty good line, or else we wouldn't carry them ;) . Here is link to one of the CW's performing for you...
http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=180844

That should be it. If not let me know. Only problems we have had out of amps is beat up during shipping. Of my knowledge, none have been sent back with problems. They do VERY close to ratings as well. P3000 is power hungry and need lil more than 14 volts to crank out 3000 watts, but the 1000 and 1500 are almost if not right on. Also with 2 year warranty, great product :-)

i have the p1500 amp. its a pretty good amp. the p3000 is just two p1500s linked together. i dont think either of them are overrated or underrated.

2.5 cubic feet, tuned around 40hz.

Around 1000rms of power.

It was a daily box that was used. Tuned higher, and with more power I am sure it would have hit even harder.

If you buy MAG with GB, you will get P3000.1 for $550 shipped. May be little cheaper depends on how many guys get them as well. Im sure they will be cheaper though. :-) I'll help you guys out.
