Your subs wont fit on the red side, if thats your baffle. Are you trying to make a box with two ports or chambers or what?

you have WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much port area...you have 24sq.in. or port per cube...shoot for 10-16.

and also, an 8 inch wide port??? try around half of that. lol

I'm not sure, something seems wrong with that box calculator. Try downloading WinISD and make yourself a box design.

if i were you, i would do separate chambers so you can give each sub its own port. :-) it will sound better, and you won't have to worry about a 4" port on each side... lol

thats gonna be hard to do...you only have 6.8cuft (gross) to work with.

build your box exactly 37"x20"x20"

make the port 18.5"x 4" and 22" long.

that will give you 5.4cuft (net) tuned to 35hz.

first of all, with your measurements(if they are external) you have a tad bit over 7 cubes, not six.

and i would do separate chambers. and one 15" Type R doesn't take up half a cube of airspace iirc.

bwaa....i'm a tard..i did 34.5x18.5x18.5...lol

you actually do have 7.03cuft (gross)...not 6.8

try this box:

37x20x20

port--18.5 x 4....21.5" long

that will give you 5.7cuft tuned to 35hz after all displacments.
