Email Post Number: 1455 Registered: Nov-05 | oh yeah.. lol ...same ole 145.3 .. at least i'm consistant. i did not bring all the right tools to get the other amp in so i did not have a chance to see what i did with more power.. i will have that amp in by this weekend and there is another comp this sunday so ill be able to post numbers then. all in all i did learn how to gain match with the dmm.. oh and chad.. were still waiting for some numbers from you |

Email Post Number: 1456 Registered: Nov-05 | oh i forgot to mention.. 145.3 @ 42hz .. can't wait to see where my number goes with the tuning frequency 10+ hz and 600+ more power. lets say my amp puts out 1000rms .. and the 35.1 does 1500rms.. in theory that is a 1.5dB gain correct? .... so 146.8 with the new amp with a new box that peaked around 50-52hz.. possibly a 1.5-2.0 db gain? 148.3-148.8db @ 50-52hz... this is all in theory and given i don't get a huge cabin loss i should be climbing up there. btw the new box will be sealing off the trunk from the cabin so im really hoping to get close to that 150 point.. i'd be very happy for a 148+ .. but anything out of my 145s will please me |

Email Post Number: 1457 Registered: Nov-05 | awesome.. and yeah tremor.. all these comps are run by Texas Bass Productions.. some turn outs are good while others are not.. they do a point system and with 60points you are invited to the finals which will be Nov 29th. I'm not looking for highest dB even though it would be nice. I just can't compete with 160+dB. |
