What is the recommended volume for the 12" BTL? I just met a guy locally that can build an enclosure for me but I couldn't find this info on the website. Most likely going ported as it is an SPL sub,.. maybe around 32hz? It will be in a 2004 mustang and the btl might be inverted to save on space, but I will try to fit the recommended volume and port tuning. Thanks for the help guys.

if your shooting for SPL I'd tune a lot higher than 32 hz.. You should have no problem fitting a single 12 in your car.. box specs for a good SQL setup.. I'd do 2.5cu.ft after displacement tuned to 35hz with 40 square inches of port. If you want strickly SPL I'd start tuning between 38-40hz until you find the correct frequency for your car. If this is a daily driver I would not tune above 35hz.
