Silver Member Username: AfroopuffPost Number: 252 Registered: Jan-06 | For some reason whenever i try and come up with the dimensions for my box, the volume is really large, around 5 or something and i was wondering if that was going to hurt sound or if that would work. 2 10 inch arsenals : http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=36&Eh=13&Dia=4&Xmax=20.5&V d=.7&NumW=2&Vb=5.12&Fb=32&Qts=.515&Vas=1.1018&Fs=29&CE=0 |

I was SQ but still a lil power to it so i was gonna go 3.5 @ 32...how does that suond: http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=36&Eh=15&Dia=4&Xmax=20.5&V d=.7&NumW=2&Vb=3.5&Fb=32&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0 |

Silver Member Username: AfroopuffPost Number: 258 Registered: Jan-06 | already bought the 10's because i like the crisper sound of the 10's. And im using a nine.1. Is 3.5 too big for SQ? |

Round the port off w/ that design and you will be good to go. To tell the truth, i would go w/ this box for SQ, http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=36&Eh=15&Dia=4&Xmax=17&Vd= .12&NumW=2&Vb=3&Fb=32&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0 43.875sqin port, 3cuft, 32hz. |

Silver Member Username: AfroopuffPost Number: 261 Registered: Jan-06 | Alright, so for the parametes of the box, the way my trunk is (i drive a 99 sable so its HUGE) there is about a foot of space in between the box and the back seat. If i put the magnets in between tehre intstead of in the box, would that be good? or only help with SPL |
