New Version of Firefox

Wolfman Silver Member Username: Wolfman1966 WEST MONROE , LOUISIANA USA Post Number: 766 Registered: Jan-06	Posted on Saturday, October 28, 2006 - 02:11 GMT Just downloaded Firefox 2.0, I had 1.5 before....I still love it, but I was kinda disappointed because Fasterfox doesn't work with 2.0 so, here I am running 2.0 for the first time, and wow....it loaded google (my homepage) and then loaded this page in nothing flat....so I can't wait to see how fast it goes when they update Fasterfox.

I did this tweak http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1299854/posts and it does the same thing as fasterfox, just a little harder to do since there's no interface

Wolfman Silver Member Username: Wolfman1966 WEST MONROE , LOUISIANA USA Post Number: 787 Registered: Jan-06	Posted on Sunday, October 29, 2006 - 02:56 GMT go here, and download the "nightly tester tools" program. then after installing, shut down and restart firefox, then click on tools, it will drop down, click add ons, it will open up a box, where you will see "nightly tester tools", then click "options" in the nightly tester tools box then when it opens, check the box that says "disable add-on compatability checking"...then click OK,...then close the options box...Fasterfox will then work, but if you have any of the other add ons, not all of them may work
