2 dff types of subs for spl get btl for sq get mag. i think if i had the money i would get a mag cause they get very loud and sound very good and cant comment ont he btl but i am pretty sure it gets very loud and sounds ok kinda like a mt but better sq

Well if you don't mind losing SPL go with the Mag on of the best SQL drivers out there.Another thing compare the power ratings.From what I know you don't have tons of money(Or do you?) and I don't know if you can afford a charging system if that BTL needs more power but I don't know what the reccomendations are.The SI mag performs great with 1kRms and that's all I know as far as those two subs go.

I think the mags are hitting from the mid to upper 140's.That's amazing for an SQL woof in my opinion

aight that would be loud enough for me for daily drivin...i dont think i would compete maybe just go and see how i did if there was a comp close enough to me..

Holy crap how much were they giving those mags to hit 140s? I mean they are only rated for 950 wrms for the 15" model. Oh they probably had a huge ported box tuned to like 50hz though huh?

The 15 inch MAG is more efficient than the 12. With 1200 rms on the 15 you will have a nice mid to upper 140 setup. Mainly depends on your car as well though. If I'm not mistaken, Loyd has the box tuned around 35 hz, and hit tad over 150 on an Alan jackson song hehe.

There you have it :-) I'm thinking about getting some mags once again.That probably wouldn't be til after christmas.
