A dude here in portland was trying to sell some of those on craigslist. just like they did over there in MN. I just emailed that guy on ebay and said "I've never seen type-r's like that before. are they new? or are they from overseas"? I wanna see what this dumb@ss says.

You notice in all of the different pics that have been shown, none of them show the basket or motor. The cone with the rubber surround like that looks just like a Volfenhag, but that's all they show.

I got a reply from that guy and all he said in his email was "they are overseas type-r, thanks". I shouldnt have gave him the option to say that.

yeah those are def volfenhags. it looks like he paines the back black and put the styrofoam piece on it for the pic incase anyone was smart enough to reconize the basket. what a tool.
