Ok, I went to my local shop today and heard a 12" treo tsx on 750 watts in a custom box. The box was sitting in the floor of a room and it shook my insides... This got me thinking... I've never heard the Q but have been considering purchasing it and can get the tsx for $270 or a Fi Q for $260, Either will be run by a kicker zx750.1. Looking for sql. Suggestions?
i have heard the TSX's...they are loud indeed, but nothing special, and not for the price either.....Q mainly or Crystal Comp or SS Rl-p or AA Arsenal FTW...
once again, the TSX is been slept on... lol I still love yall tho....
the more power u give the TSX the louder it gets... box is key, and not to their specs either.. and if i sounded good in a shop wall, imagine in ur vehicle with enuff power...
also TREO is not expensive as people say... they droped ALL their prices... customer service sucks corrently, if ur dealer will warranty stuff and switch right away, then do that....
get an ssi in a 2.25 cu^ box and slam the sh!t out your eardrumz lol I got 2 hooked on a mmats DHC200 and it hertz kinda lol but in a good way. BTW, amd I underpowering them with just one d200?
I got my SSX15" on a Kicker x100 competion amp 800x1 But the kicker tech people say more like 1100x1 I'm useing the amp until the Rockford T20001BD get here which should be anyday now. Man it already is slammin I can only imagine what that Rockford is going to sound like. DAMN
oh trust me first thing ur gunna do is turn it up and wen it hits ur throat will shake ur jaw will fall and u will be surprised how 2000+rms sounds like on tht sub
B, i sure do hope tht 2 15" tsx's with 2500rms to each is louder then one 15" with 2400rms.....and a very puney charging system.... but if i had two 15" ssx with 2500rms to each mine would be louder
lol muddy I blew 1 TSX15" but i sorta blamed my box for leakin al the air out the back of it, cause only the carpet held the box together... I blew the back of the box out...
no they cant take 2500rms daily, but i did it for 2-3mnths atleast, beating them hard with clean pwr... u can tell when they got a little stressed... but I would give the TSX 1500rms daily....
I HAVE a 12" SSX BRAND NEW if someone wants also... I was contemplating about hookin it up... lol but ill wait a few more weeks if no one buys...
the q will sound great! it will really shine with 1000 to 1200 watts. but with the power you have the ssd's will deliver. try calling or emailing scott about customizing the ssd's with a different type of coil... remember to call only on business hours, yes he is BUSY! e-mailing is the best bet.
