No, they're mine lol. They can be pushed to about 3/4" excursion pretty safely, and a full inch, but that would seriously reduce their life...

They're just home audio speakers. I've done a good inch of excursion with low frequencies. But it's the bass above 30Hz you have to watch out for pushing them over 3/4"...

They're only seeing about 125W RMS. They can take about 150-175W RMS, but that's all the bigger my power amp is at the moment.

Basically though, they're meant to be highly efficient with a small distance between the pole piece and VC (I think that's right...I'll have to check), but they don't go all out on excursion. They're able to produce high bass levels with less excursion... I've maxed out my Radio Shack SPL meter (126dB), so I figure I can hit ABOUT 130-132dB...Not too shabby :-)

I didn't believe it either when I turned on the SPL meter. I was like WTF? The V-15F's can probably peak around 134-136dB at full power...

The 130-132dB is my guestimate on what I COULD get with enough power. I bet right now I'm no more than 128dB hehe.
