Ok, just something that I randomly thought of but, to explain it, im going to give an example. (sorry if this may not make much sence, it's 2am and im pretty tired)

Lets say we have a random subwoofer, 4ohm DVC and a 2-channel amp that when at 2ohm, it can power this sub nicely. So...if you were to connect each channel to it's own VC, would that create a 2ohm load and power it alright or would it mess everything up, causing things to fry and blow up!!! (sarcasm...)

why dont you just bridge the amp and wire the sub to a 2ohm load...

u can use a 2 chan amp on a dvc sub - just make sure the impedances & wattage match up

like : if ur sub is 4ohms dvc & each channel of ur amp puts out 200wrms @ 4ohms & make sure ur setting/fader/balance r = too so each channel is putting out same power....
