My setup is a pioneer cd player with a hifonics 1500bxd, a 1.5 farad cap and 2 mtx 8500 12s. A couple days ago i had just got my amp fixed and was hooking it up. While i was screwing down the speaker wires to the amp my hex key slipped and hit the amp and sparked now my subs still play when i turn the subs off on the cd player. Is this something i might have did or is it something else
u could of blown a fuse or maybe your alternator if a big enough feedback i remember blowing a alternator from creating a spark like that but u prob just blew a fuse
