the a8000t is the older model.

What part on the a8000T glows cause it says it does. But for 30 bucks cheaper for the new model i mihgt just do that. Idk though cause i kinda like the chrome. Should i just go with the 8000v for 30 bucks cheaper cause im tryin to get everyhing for as cheap as i can.

on the a8000t their are blue lights that shine out of both sides, out of those little grills.
then the word audiobahn on the amp, has blue light coming out of there too.

its your choice. 30 bucks for the newer one..thats a pretty good deal.... do it

and the newer one is 800 at 4 ohms and hte dual 4 ohm cvr's are cheaper then the dual 2 ohm model so then i could wire the dual 4 to a 4 ohm load then save some more $dinero$$

no those amps are the exact same. they are both 800rms at 2 ohms. you have to get the dual 2s if you get either of those amps.

since it is a 2 channel amp should i just get the dual 4 and wire them to 2 ohms then run each one on a sperate channel.

those are different amps. the first link way up there^^^ was the 1 channel a8000v. those 2 links right there^^ are for the 2 channel one. if you get the 2 channel one, then yea it will wire to 800rms at 4 ohms mono. and u will have to bridge the amp.

if i were you, i would just get the 1 channel a8000v, and get the dual 2 ohm subs.

no, if you use both channels on the amp, your only going to get 400rms at teh most on the 2 channel. u have to bridge it to 1 channel to get 800rms.

just pay a little more for the 2 ohm dvc, and get the 1 channel a8000v.

i will spend the more money and get the dual 2 ohm. But 400 at 2 is like the same as 800 at 1 isnt it? cause if i run one sub to each channel then they still would get the same amount as if they were wired to 2 ohms, wouldnt they?

the a8002t does 800x1 @ 4ohms and the a8000t does 800x1 @2ohms. and yes it would be the same amount of power if you did 2 channels @ 400 each as if you did 800x1. http://www.audiobahn.com/Audiobahn06/pages/amps.html
the T models are last years version and the V's are this years.

What amp would u prefer the 8000t or the 8000v. I can get the V for 30 bucks cheaper then the T but i like the looks of the T better. What do u think?

the performance of the 2 amps is the same. so if you want the one that looks better get that one.
