So im going to get a Eclipse SW9102, however i am getting conflicting ratings. It is a DVC sub that on the eclipse site is rated as 4Ohm + 4Ohm coils. However i also read somewhere where someone had it hooked up in 4 Ohm with one sub.

I just would appreciate it confirmed that it is dual 4Ohm and thus can be wired into being a 2Ohm load. About to buy one and want to make sure of that as it is important.

Thanks.

I'm not too familiar wit teh sub. But alot of subs can be order with dual 2 or dual 4. Maybe sum guy did have a Dual 2ohm and you are ordering a dual 4ohm.

I think someone on this forum had the same problem once; they rang Eclipse twice and got two different answers.

I'm not sure if it was ever resolved :-(

"that could be it, however never read about a dual 2 eclipse, only dual 4 and 3."

Which one of there subs have a 30hm DVC?

And to answer your question, yes, it does have a 4Ohm DVC
