Just put in a new head unit and interior speakers. Went w/ tma interior speakers, they sound clear but lack bass. So long story short, what's the best 10in sub I can get for under $200. Any help/opinions appreciated.

I don't have an amp either. I'll need to pick up one of those also. Just got the car 3 days ago, and I'll most likely make my own fiberglass box. Don't want to lose any cargo space in the 06' xterra since I want to keep that area functional.

well i'd get an AA arsenal and a kx400.1, that would make a nice sql setup.

Wouldn't 400 wrms to a Arsenal be way underpowering it? I would think so.

the recomended power is 400wrms, so i would think the 400.1 would push it nicely, but if you want more power look into the kx600.1, or mtx801d.

is aa arsenal an abbreviation for anything(sorry for sounding stupid)

also alpine type r's or jl w3's- which would be the better overall product/value.

I have two 10" arsenals in a 2.4 cu ft box tuned to 35 Hz powered by and elemental designs NINe.1 amp at 1200W x1. I enjoy showing my system off because they never guess that I have 10's. Most guess I have two 12's and a few have thought I had 15's. No joke. IMHO these are the best 10's under 200. Get them and you will see. Just make sure you give them enough power because they are power hungry.

about those "jl" there was a thread a time ago, and they said they were ok for the money, 600w rms for 100$ it doesn't sounds bad at all

AA arsenals look great. What would be a good amp to compliment this sub?
