If I wanna feel a very deep bass, is it ok to make my subwoofer face to my seats in the back of my car? (also in order to reduce the vibrations it produce... by the way i have not any dinamat or stuff like that).

most of the time in a sedan it sound best facing the back of the trunk. but you can try other ways and keep the one that sounds best to you. the "best sound" is dependant on what you like best.

dont face it to your back seat...less air gets moved, and its not nearly as loud as it would be facing the back of the car
