Silver Member Username: KaramPost Number: 163 Registered: May-05 | you know the profesional boxes you can buy dont use anything other than wood glue..... but the way we design them we should only use wood glue and then some few screws to hold the wood in place for the glue to set....the glue it self is way strong enough. it also depends on how you get your wood cut, if its nice and accurate and true, ur fine, but if you use a jig saw or a hand saw, you will never get that smooth finish edge therefore will not be airtight, thats why some of you use silicone on the inside to make it air tight.... |
