Bronze Member Username: Gcs7thNY Post Number: 15 Registered: Jun-04 | So the past week or so I've been working on my custom subwoofer enclosures. They are finally complete, now all i need is an amp. Heres one picture and theres more on this link iwht some more info about my box. http://www.geocities.com/w_s_productions/MySubBox.html If you have any ideas on a good amp let me know. I tested them on my friends system before i painted tem running at 4 ohms on his sony XM-SD51X running 250 watts. They were nice and clear but nothing earth shattering. Thanks -Brian (Ok sorry this picture posting is a pain, just check out the link) |

I actually made the front and back peice and the lower half which is rectangular then i cut and peiced togehter close to angular peices to make the half curve. All caulked then putty to fill in the gaps. I then sanded it smooth primed, sanded, primed, sanded primed and finally painted. Thanks for the info on the amplifier. Seems like that might be a better match than the Audiobahn 8000t. |
