Hey I need some help I'm planning on building a speaker box out of 1inch thick lexan but I'm not sure how to go about it. It's for a Pyle 10inch Blue Wave 1000w 4ohm (I only have 1 so it's going to be a single box) I want to have it ported so can any one help me out with building this.

Thanks

he might be thinking about upgrading in the future and if he does he will already have a good box so i guess the lexan would work if ur gonna upgrade if not then just use MDF

I'm getting the lexan for free so that's why I'm using it and yah I am going to upgrade to a JL 10inch in the future so it will be good then. But the question still remains how do I build, and seal the box? What should I use to put the box together? Screws? Glue? What?

Thanks
