I am in the midst of finishing my sub box, I would like to know if it matters where the port is located? Of course I mean on the front baffle with the subs....but can I put it on the left side, perhaps the middle between the subs....does it really matter?
jeez i know there was a post like this a while ago on all the "good" and "bad" spots for a port but i cant remember any of them... i think the main one is not directly behind the sub
Thanks, Rovin I think I am going with that design Port will be on the far right side of the box and the subs on the right.
Also, this didn't make sense to me but someone told me that your subs should be as close as possible on the front; however, I would think that the more space between the subs would help with the baffle strength.
