This will be the first box i'll attempt to build so i have very limited knowledge. I have an 05 Lincoln Aviator and I want to build my own box to fit snugly in the back. I came across exactly what I want here: http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/6/web/414000-414999/414821_21_full.j pg . I do have experience in woodworking so I think that part shouldn't be too hard, but can anyone offer some insight into the use of plexiglass? Thanks for your help.

use special plastic cutting blades. Get as thick of plexi as possible, lexan preferably for its strength. and theres a certain type of screw for it
