Silver Member Username: Jprix82Post Number: 563 Registered: Jan-06 | I plotted 2 12" RE SEs and 2 12" Cerwin Vega VMAXs in WinISD and it shows that the VMAXs will get lower and louder than the SEs! Both setup were in the same box,4^3 tuned to 30hz. The VMAXs peaks @ 33hz-3.96db and the SEs peaks @ 43hz-2.14db. I could design a box for a jlw1 10" and a jlw7 13.5". You could make the w1's box where it could be 10db at 40Hz, while the w7 could be 2db at 40Hz. The w7 would own the w1. Its just the w1 will be more sensitive than normal at 40Hz |
