Bronze Member Username: Genocyde21Post Number: 25 Registered: Apr-06 | Hey guys. I already have a sub an amp and a box. I wan't it to hit harder without adding another sub or buying a stronger amp. So if i make a 1.5 cubic box for it(it's about .75 now) it will bump harder right? Also one more thing, my light dim a bit when the bass is intence, i don't wan't to spend the money on a new alt, not now at least, i just bought the car! Would a yellow top or a second battery help?? Thx for the answers  |

Gold Member Username: Basshead86Google is your Friend, FL Post Number: 3379 Registered: Aug-05 | what kind of sub is it....i would make sure you aren't going too big on the suggested airspace for the sub....although 1.5 cubes isn't a ver big box to begin with. lol if you want 90% SQ then you are going to want to tune it LOW....but.....by tuning a ported box low for SQ you kinda lose the benifits of having a ported box......which leads me back to the question, what kind of sub is it? haha |
