Trying to figure out amp specs 1, THD at rated power whats good hi # or low #? like Pyramids is 0.04 JL 0.05 2, S/n Ratio Hi or low #? JL 95, Dub Mag 95, 3, stereo seperation (ohm ohms DB)? Memphis 65, Lagacy 65. I picked up Car Adio and electronics 2006 Car audio Directory...Man theres a lot of stuff in here, Is it wise to just go by spec or reputation? or both..Thanks
THD you want low s/n ratio u want hi stereo seperation nvr heard of it and u should really go by both b/c some amps areoverrated and put ot maybe 75% to 50% of wut they are rated and others may be rated low but put out maybe 110% to 130% of wut they are rated b/c they are good quality...really the amps u should stay away from are like the fleemarket amps such as boss, pyramid, power aukostik...ect
JL audio is good JBL, RE makes good amps, Orions are also good.....just ask around and see wut ppl say
