Monday, May 08, 2006 - 01:26 GMT Orion's stuff is rated at 14.4 and at 1 ohm. unless you have a very beefy electrical system, you'll never see 14.4 and maintain it. also, running at 1 ohm, you loose effiency and therefore, output.

Monday, May 08, 2006 - 22:10 GMT hmmm as far as i noticed, ALL new amps are rated @ 14.4v... its the new standard rating!!! the amp has a unregulated pwr supply, meaning it puts out the same power at any voltage! the amp makes full power @ 13.8v! Its been tested numerous ammounts of times, I never heard anyone say it does 2300rms. LOL actually it can do about 28-2900rms @ .34-.5 ohms... WHY IS everybody gettin these amps now?????????????? ITS PLENTY OTHERS!
