I have made sub boxes before, quite a few times. But they have always been sealed. Now i want to make a box for another car but i want it to be ported. I was wanting to see if any one knew of an equation or a meathod of seeing how big the port needs to be. I am talking circle ports (if it matters). I need to port a box for one 10" sub @ 0.629 CU FT or there abouts.

dude there is no way you can port a box of that size. I figured a box that is 1.8cf with a 3inch port and 8.14inchs long, and a tuning frequency of 32hz. and at 34hz you could have the same port but the box would only need to be 1.6cf.

If i'm wrong somebody please tell me
