However, He needs an amp under $400 that will power them nicely, would a Hifonics BXi 1606D amp work in this case or a similar amp at 1000rms? As they are over rated so that would be around 1100rms. thanks! |

Post Number: 6875 Registered: Jul-05 | yea - i strongly suggest any good amp that does around 1200wrms easily with $400 u can get either kicker kx1200.1 , orion 1200D - but u MUST the 4ohms dvc version 2 work off these amps There's also JBL GTO1201.1 - if ur using this , the 2ohms dvc version . If i had 2 buy from above i'd get kicker then orion then JBL - ebay has some awesome prices. oh & that Hif amp u mention could also do well - but the others r imo better .
