2 sets of diffrent subs

ok I have a set of 12" kicker comp Vr's and a set of solo baric L5's and two diffrent amps is it going to sound weird having those two sets of subs running at the same time? and what can I do to make it sound good?

yes it will sound wierd because even though both sets are from the same company, look at the specs and you'll see how there different. no two different subs will sound the same. what i would do is set up both sets separatly, see which set up sounds the best to you and stick with that.

Ok thanks I hooked them up and it was loud as hell but weird so I'm going to sell the Vr's.

Haha yea I did the same thing for a while running 2 12" audioburns in 1 sealed box, AND an MTX 12" in its own sealed box. Loud, but the word "inacurate" sums it up perfectly. Imagine 2 bass lines fighting it out, and both losing. hahahahahah
