Adire Shivas vs. old e12ks

Those were only 250-300 rms and the Shivas are around 650 rms. So i was wondering if those 2 12s are worth bothering with?

But right now i am having a problemn with keeping my two RE SE 15s staboe at 1 ohm so would i have the same problem with these 12s at 1 ohm?>
