Powering?

ok i got 2 questions, if your subs are being underpowered, if they hit a higher bass note will they kinda like go bbeeerrrrr instead of hitting the note and can it damage the subs/amp by underpowering them? if your not clipping your amp

Well, its hard to give a "right" answer sense we can't hear the sound, but No.
It won't hit as hard, either your subs can't play that high of a frequency, or your box needs work.
If you want higher HZ's, then you'll need a smaller box I believe, and porting, and tuning it to the mid 40HZ's should hit the higher frequencies better...

nah its a closed box, it can play the higher notes, just not louder, lets say around 19 it will sound fine but at 22 it will sound majorly distorted and that bbbeeeeerrrr noise will come up

Is this system in a truck?
The really high HZ's in my truck sound like sh1t... the really low sounds good... its like the lower, the better.
The type of surroundings the system is in affects the way it sounds too.

i think there is plenty of air space, idk the volume of my trunk but there is a good 3^3 ft with the box in there
